"I despise Self-love" - ego

  I was browsing youtube and in my recommended feed I saw mindful soul's post about inner work and healing.  Mindful soul's post: My comment:    sometimes one resolves pain as deserved by oneself for past pitfalls. I think loving oneself by forgiving and allowing mistakes to be; without being hateful about oneself or others which backfires in forced vexing, one hence judged for oneself, could lead to real improvement.    This could be power-killed so all energies could be use to learn for improving upon the साधना.     Theres no sense in dwelling on pitfalls, inflicting pain on oneself, and I see from psych eye, is balancing the sheets of self worth. there's quite a relation of ego and pain.
